BETHAN ARC ENGINEERING LIMITED is a fully indigenous ENGINEERING Company, incorporated in Nigeria, offering professional services in engineering, civil works, building construction, physical planning, project management and interior design from inception to completion.

The company effectively took off in 2007, from Umbrella of AKINSTEE CONSTRUCTION but was later transformed into BETHAN ARC ENGINEERING LIMITED. After undergoing extensive re-organization to reposition it in order to cope with the demands of contemporary construction and civil works, it then transformed fully into BETHAN ARC ENGINEERING LIMITED in our ever expanding world.
The firm has operational presence in South West, South South and North Central regions of Nigeria with fully staffed offices in Lagos State.

BETHAN ARC ENGINEERING LIMITED maintains interest in building and road construction, with so many ongoing and completed projects to its name, culminating in a very interesting clientele base comprising of private ongoings’ individuals, government agencies and corporate bodies.
Our operations are fully computerized enabling us to produce higher standard of delivery and documentation in the shortest time possible.

The progress of our company is driven by a core group of young, dynamic professionals in the built-up industry and focuses on helping our clients achieve their target in economic, spatial and aesthetic sense. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

DESIGN DIRECTOR

Engr. Odeniyi is a seasoned professional Civil/Structural engineer with over 10 years of experience in design consulting, project management, and construction supervision. As a resounding project manager, he draws up project plans and work schedule programs to identify tasks to be executed in sequential order, produces a work breakdown structure, tracks the progress of work, highlights the critical path for tasks, advises on the appropriate allocation of resources, and ensures effective completion of milestones.

He has vast knowledge of project planning and management and engineering designs in concrete and steel structures.

DESIGN DIRECTOR

Arc Uchegbu holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Architecture from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a PMI Certified Project Manager, a Graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. He has keen interest in real estate, trying to solve the increasing housing deficit in developing countries by providing acceptable and affordable housing solutions to the masses.

He is vast in the use of technology in architectural design and construction. Besides design, he also majors in Architectural animation and Virtual Reality. He has been involved in several construction projects ranging from residential to commercial typologies. He has also been involved in several training and seminars centered around the built environment.

CHIEF PROJECT MANAGER

Engr Balogun has an Advanced Diploma certificate in project management from the prestigious UNILAG. A corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a corporate member of COREN. She has a keen interest in project planning which has helped in bringing out the project management skills in her.

She is conversant with the use of project management software like Microsoft Office tools and Primavera. She has been involved in several construction projects ranging from commercial buildings, residential buildings, warehouses, etc. in different parts of the country.

PROJECT MANAGER

Engr Ayantunde holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Oyo State. A corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and COREN registered. He has a keen interest in real estate, trying to solve the increasing housing deficit in developing countries by providing acceptable and affordable housing solutions to the masses. He is vast in the use of technology in Engineering design and construction. He has been involved in several construction projects ranging from residential to commercial typologies. He has also been involved in several training and seminars centered around the built environment.

REGIONAL TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Engr Alausa eye for detail, flair for home designs, and desire for excellence led him to create and adopt innovative ideas in the Nigerian residential construction industry. His vast experience in the construction industry and real estate development has given him an uncanny insight into design-led living, which is translated into the vision and ethos at Bethan Arc Engineering.

He believes that everyone, irrespective of their economic background, deserves to live in a functional home built to exacting standards and seminars centered around the built environment.
